How will I know if the school has to close?

You can find details of term dates and when the school is closed for training on our term time page. 

If we have to close the school because of bad weather or an emergency, we will let you know you in the following ways:

• If you have signed up for our Weduc service, you will receive a notification/text message asking you to collect your child from school, or informing you that school will not open that day.

• A message will also be put on our website and the Warwickshire County Council website: www.warwickshire.gov.uk/schoolclosures. You can sign up to a free text messaging service - just click on the link and follow the instructions.

• Details of school closures are often announced on BBC Coventry and Warwickshire 94.8FM or Free radio on 97.0FM.

Please do not call the school or the radio stations because this can block the telephone lines and delay important messages getting through to everyone.   Thank you for your support.
