Our vision

At Milby Primary School, we envision a school where every child is celebrated as a unique individual and empowered to become a lifelong learner and change-maker who makes a positive difference in their own lives, community and the world, both now and in the future.

We believe in nurturing and caring for each child, ensuring they feel valued, supported and rooted in kindness.  Our school is an extension of the family and a partnership, where collaboration between children, parents, teaching staff and the wider community is valued and encouraged.

We believe in the power of forgiveness.  We teach our children the importance of forgiveness as a way to heal relationships, resolve conflicts and move forward with compassion.  By fostering a culture of forgiveness, we empower children to cultivate empathy and resilience, laying the foundation for positive relationships and a harmonious community.
